What an amazing day. It was a first for me so I was really impressed. We served about 175 salads and the kids were so curious and happy and into it. Thanks to Carey and Michelle for washing and picking greens. The kids tried spearment and cilantro and Italian Parseley while they were waiting to serve themselves salads. They really like the Bok Choi blossoms. Teachers indulged...All very positive. The kids had some great remarks ranging from "Your salad bar is quite famous...everyone at my table is Yuummm yummm yuummm" to "this is wonderful, can we have this everday?"
